Survey on “Inhabitants’ experience of cooperation with HOA and expectations from this institution”

According to survey results those who actively deal with HOAs are more than 56 years old, who are mainly unemployed. It seems they are the main decision makers in their families, however indirectly decisions are generally made by those family members who are payable for this or that service usage.It is suggested to rely on 26-55 years old population as a target audience in cooperation with HOAs. The meetings arranged by HOAs appear to have low attendance level. Thus, only 18% of inhabitants of all 5 buildings were anyhow aware on the organized meetings.
