REELIH, Residential Energy Efficiency for Low-Income Households, is a 5 year program that Habitat for Humanity launched with USAID in 2012. It has both regional and national components. Through pilot projects in Armenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeks to demonstrate why and how communities, the private and public sectors should work together to retrofit apartment buildings for energy efficiency.
